Describe the bug
Moving the mouse to macOS (or another Windows PC) while watching full screen YouTube videos on Windows makes the taskbar appear, blocking the bottom part of the video.

To Reproduce
Open any videos on YouTube in full screen and move the mouse to another PC or Mac.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'youtube.com'
  2. Open a video in fullscreen
  3. Move the mouse to another PC or Mac while the video in full screen
  4. See the error

Expected behavior
Taskbar won't appear at all, not blocking full screen videos.

I would like to make a suggestion about this issue which I too experience
Not only does it cause a taskbar in YouTube full screen playback, but it also causes other full-screen applications to minimize when the cursor leaves the monitor where that full-screen app is active (CSGO in my case, which can be very frustrating)

Using the similar software "Mouse without Borders", there is a settings checkbox called "Hide mouse at screen edge" with tooltip "Hide the mouse cursor at the top edge of the screen when switching to other machine. This option also steals focus from any full-screen app to ensure the keyboard input is redirected."

When that option is checked, then the taskbar shows over youtube videos, and other exclusive full screen apps are disrupted in a similar way. But if it is unchecked, then I can freely move the mouse to another display and interact with that display (left click etc) without causing the full screen app to minimize or see a taskbar overlay

So I suspect this issue relates to that type of behavior if barrier is stealing focus from other full screen applications.

Forgive me for failing to RTFM if you will, but I'm not aware of barrier having a similar option/toggle to avoid the issue

Hi, thank you for the reply. It's been a while, and I forgot to post. What works for me is enabling the "Don't take foreground window on Windows server" option. It no longer happens with that.
