Describe the bug
Using US Intl keyboard layout on both sides, when I press double quote + space, I should end up with " which is not the case

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Server is Barrier 2.3.3 installed from Archlinux packages
Client is Barrier 2.3.3-release installed from github release page on MacOS Mojave 10.14.6

With US intl keyboard layout, press double quote + space to have the double quote.
Whereas I end up with this wrong double quote ¨
