Describe the bug
Both Server and Client is Windows 10 (same version) and has Greece as Region and 2 keyboards layouts English (US) and Greek.

Test 1. Server (master PC) is in English keyboard and client is in English keyboard. Client in English Works GREAT
Test 2. Server (master PC) is in Greek keyboard and client is in English keyboard. Most letters gives "?".
Test 3. Server (master PC) is in English keyboard and client is in Greek keyboard (can be changed with Server keyboard Shift+Alt combination). When a key is pressed automatically Client is changing the keyboard to English no matter what I do!!!!
Test 4. Server (master PC) is in Greek keyboard and client is in Greek keyboard. Also, when a key is pressed automatically Client is changing the keyboard to English no matter what I do!!!!

I've tested those steps with another server and another client pc also. The same behaviour!

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Server PC and change the Language to English'
Click on 'Client PC and change Language to Greek'
Open Notepad and type any letter.
See error on language (is changed to English).

Expected behavior
Client should always type letters in the preferred language

OS: Windows 10 PRO (version 20H2)
Barrier version: 2.3.3

Please take a look at it and if anyone has a suggestion it will be very helpful.
