I recently installed Barrier 2.1.0-snapshot-000000000
I'm on kde plasma and had 2 distinct problems:

My server spams:
Failed to compute left/right minimum bearings for "Courier"
multiple times, what is it about?

My clients (and server) failed to find and connect the server when I firstly set them up to only log "Warnings", when I set them up to Debug2, they went from "starting" to started and started working.

If I choose "Info" I can use the software aswell, but limiting the output more, makes it stop working.

Thanks for this project, synergy has done some regressions and this software has not, yet.

It would be very useful if you would zip/txz/etc. the logs and upload them. Also please take care to fill out the rest of the form template for new issues. "Kde Plasma" isn't a complete platform and you haven't specified if it's the server, client, or both.

I'm also seeing a lot of (related?) messages in /var/log/messages. I'm on Fedora 31 with KDE Plasma 5.17, but I've seen the same on previous Fedora/Plasma versions. It's not that Barrier isn't working, but it's quite spammy.

Example:

Feb 14 09:53:55 barrier_server_host barrier[1526]:  OpenType support missing for "Calibri", script 11
Feb 14 09:53:55 barrier_server_host barrier[1526]:  OpenType support missing for "Carlito", script 11
Feb 14 09:53:55 barrier_server_host barrier[1526]:  OpenType support missing for "Calibri", script 20
Feb 14 09:53:55 barrier_server_host barrier[1526]:  OpenType support missing for "Carlito", script 20

After that:

Feb 14 09:55:27 barrier_server_host barrier[1526]: Failed to compute left/right minimum bearings for "Courier"

I tried to attach a Barrier debug2 as .tar.gz, .zip and as plain-text logfile several times, but I keep getting "Something went really wrong, and we can't process that file." from Github. It's ~ 450KB plat-text, ~ 20KB zipped. How can I best provide the file?
