Arch Linux server and Windows client.
I added the client computer in the server config and i added my windows user as an alias for my windows machine but the same issues persists

i dunno what to do

You've got a typo. Your client is called "harukei-shrine" but you configured it as "haruke-shrine" (missing "i" at the end).

well i fixed the typo and the connection still refuses
