Is it possible to have this be enabled during the login screen so that I can use the server's keyboard to fill in the user and the pass?

My server is running on Arch Linux, my client is a Windows 10. I installed the linux version through pacaur, and the windows version through the msi/exe.

You could set up auto login with a script that auto locks the screen on login.
