Describe the bug
Copy to clipboard makes 2 clipboard entries, one of which is empty

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Use copy on any text
Check clipboard history
On the machine you used copy, you will have an empty clipboard entry, but the history shows your copied content has been in the clipboard
On the remote machine you will see an empty clipboard entry in the history, but here the clipboard holds your copied text correctly

Expected behavior
Both machines should have the copied text in the clipboard
