Describe the bug
There should be a method to allow barrier to launch either minimized to the systray or hidden.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Launch Barrier on Linux

Expected behavior
The window should optionally be hidden or minimized to the systray on launch.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Linux (Specifically seen on Fedora 33, but also other distributions)
Barrier version: 2.3.2
