Describe the bug

Numeric keypad, period key, returns comma;
Accentuation (^), does not work;
Windows does not turn off the screen after a locked time. Normal, is to rest.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

press the end point key on the numeric keypad;
Try to accentuate with (^)
Block the session and wait for a period.

Linux Mint: Server
Windows 10: Client- Barrier version [e.g 2.3.3]

Additional context
Problems occur only at the client terminal.
