Steps to reproduce bug

I am testing this using the macOS Accessibility Zoom setting "Use scroll gesture with modifier keys to zoom" pictured below.

Establish server and connect client.
Depress control key and scroll with focus on server. The modifier key applies as expected and the screen zooms.
Depress control key and scroll with focus on client. The modifier key is not applied as expected and the screen does not zoom, but neither does the gesture perform a scroll in scrolling regions.

Is there a way to work around it? Unknown
Does this bug prevent you from using Barrier entirely? No
