Operating Systems

Server: Windows 10 19041.264

Client: MacOS 10.15.5

Barrier Version

2.3.2-snapshot-210c2b70

Steps to reproduce bug

Server has two 4k monitors. Client (MacBook Pro 15" 2880x1800 native resolution) is configured to the right.

  1. Move cursor to the right at a normal speed to switch to the client.
  2. Instead of appearing at the left edge of the client screen, it jumps all the way to the right.

Other info

  • After switching to client the log shows a very large horizontal movement e.g. "onMouseMoveSecondary +1994,+124". And then you see it clamping to the right edge of the client.
  • If I move the mouse very slowly from the server to the client, it does not jump. In this case, the initial large horizontal "onMouseMoveSecondary" is not seen.
  • Trying relative mouse moves had no effect.
  • This issue is not observed when the client is configured to the left of the server.
