Steps to reproduce bug

Running KDE Plasma 5, clicking the barrier icon in the notification tray does not do anything. I'd propose to show the window on clicking the icon, and optionally hiding it again on subsequent click. Right clicking the icon and selecting 'show' and 'hide' works as expected.
