Windows 7 x 64 and Windows 10 64

Barrier Version
V 2.3.2 / 03:Oct:2019

Other info
I've configured 2 PC's with 2 displays each, it works fine.
When I'm using the client PC and my mouse is near the top of the display, it 'hugs' the top / bottom and this is weird / awkward as the mouse isn't moving properly.

I can confirm 100% it's barrier, because I plug a proper mouse, directly into the client and it does not hug the display at the top / bottom.

There are no above / below displays configured.
