According to logs on both sides, they are connected but no mouse movement from one to the other.
Strange thing, if I reverse the roles, it works.

Same environment here, version 2.3.2-snapshot-2010c2b70.
Mouse is working flawlessly.
But apostrophe (single quote) key is not working at the client side. Is this key working for you?
@kundeng commented on GitHub (Dec 13, 2019):
I don't understand your answer.
from windows -> mac (client), it used to work, but it stopped working after windows update.
from mac-> windows (client), single quote works, everything seems fine.
@delacyr commented on GitHub (Dec 13, 2019):
This is my case, mouse is working fine, but that key doesn't work anymore.

Same issue here,
I can see the connection between a Windows (Server) and macOS Catalina (client), but the mouse does NOT transfer from the Windows machine to the macOS machine at all.
@bradiosd commented on GitHub (Feb 3, 2020):
I also get this, I am using Windows 10 Pro (version 1909) as a server and Mac OSX Catalina (version 10.15.3) as a client. I have resorted to using a keyboard shortcut to switch from 1 screen to the other but it's not great as there's bound to be a conflict with a program I use at some point.
