I think the issue is that I had to reinstall Ubuntu today, but I gave it the same name that it had before, causing issues with even connecting to the server. I tried reinstalling barrier on Windows, configured as my server, but I just couldn't find the config files. I am positive that deleting the config files will fix it, especially since I did nothing with windows and reinstalled Ubuntu multiple times.
