Other info
Stucked cursor can moves vertically along left edge
but its sensitivity becomes super high.
Mouse's horizontal move cannot make any difference of cursor's position.
However when I move mouse to server screen side,
cursor eventually enter the server screen.
@JmirY commented on GitHub (Aug 27, 2019):
Client screen locates left side of server screen.
@AdrianKoshka commented on GitHub (Aug 27, 2019):
Are you using GNOME on wayland? If-so, we don't have wayland support at this time.
@JmirY commented on GitHub (Aug 28, 2019):
Both of them are GNOME.
@AdrianKoshka commented on GitHub (Aug 28, 2019):
Do you know if you're using wayland or X11?
@JmirY commented on GitHub (Aug 28, 2019):
I'm using default DE of Ubuntu 18.04.2.
So it would be GNOME isn't it?
@AdrianKoshka commented on GitHub (Aug 28, 2019):
Sorry, I meant wayland or X11 as the display server.
@JmirY commented on GitHub (Aug 28, 2019):
Oh, I misunderstood this question. Sorry.
I'm using X11 as display server
@psyhomb commented on GitHub (Sep 19, 2019):
I'm having the same issue on Arch Linux with Gnome DE (barrier client) and Windows running in the VM (barrier server), keyboard is shared and it's working as expected but mouse cannot be used, it is just shown at the bottom right edge of the screen.
I'm also using X11 as display server.
@psyhomb commented on GitHub (Sep 22, 2019):
@AdrianKoshka could we get any info about this issue? Thanks
@p12tic commented on GitHub (Jan 10, 2021):
Looking into the information provided here it seems that VMware may give wrong display information to barrier (and other clients).
