What happened?

After installation, the automatic Bonjour setup is not functioning on Windows 10 and 11. It causes the Barrier window to close completely.

Please try Deskflow or Input Leap as Barrier is no longer in development.

The 'Insights' tab of each GitHub project may help you decide which one to use.
Both are compatible with Barrier client/server so you can try on one of your computers.

We actually removed Bonjour from Deskflow, but it's still limping along in Input Leap AFAIK.

if anyone stumbles upon this thread, install the bonjour service from the apple support site; or better if you're on windows and have winget, install the one having id Apple.BonjourPrinterServices.
