What happened?
macOS Mojave 2.4.0 server and macOS High Sierra 2.3.3. client - when you set the "System Settings" Mouse "Scrolling" option to Fast on the server (the rightmost position of this slider), scrolling stops working entirely on the client.
Solution: set the Scrolling option slider on server to just one less and it starts working again.

@Ninjapods commented on GitHub (Feb 2, 2024):
Regularly I get this by having the same OS versions on both the Server and Client. Good luck
@DeepYogurt commented on GitHub (Feb 24, 2024):
I thought that the only version of Barrier client that works on High Sierra, aka macOS 10.13.x (x=6 is most recent), was Barrier 2.3.3 - do you know if this is true or can 2.4.0 also work on High Sierra???
Thanks...
