What happened?

I have a Linux laptop with 2 screen as a server.
To this this I am connecting a windows 10 Pro laptop again with 2 screens.
Recently I changed the secondary screen on the windows laptop with a large one with a high resolution.

Current Details:

Big screen 3840 x 2160
Laptop : 1920 x 1080

All seemed fine... until I tried to go down the the icon bar at the bottom of the big screen (i.e. on the Windows client) where it would seem the last 1/6th of the screen is below the edge for barrier. i.e. the mouse just stops there as if it is was the bottom of the screen.

Left & Right edges are fine as is the top edge. Simply the bottom edge is wrong

I am running the latest 2.4.0 release.
