What happened?

I've just made my portable version of the barrier client on my workstation(where I do not have the admin rights, of course...) and I can't get it to run. Everytime I try to open the barrierc.exe, it closes automatically. As told in the tutorial for this portable workaround I've copied the following files: barrierc.exe, barriers.exe, libeay32.dll, ssleay32.dll and also the Microsoft Runtime files: 'vcruntime140.dll, vcruntime140_1.dll and mscvp140.dll'
Can anyone help with an suggestion?
