What happened?

Hello.

I have 50 computers (kiosk computers) spread over several places. I need to have control over these computers by simply using a keyboard and mouse. Support technicians would need to connect to these kiosk computers after a reboot or for maintenance tasks. How can I configure the platform to access these Kiosk computers from various sites?
