What happened?
I am running the same version of Barrier on my macbook client (installed using homebrew (made no difference)) and my i3 Endeavour os server.
In both cases I have disabled ssl and have ensured that screen names match.
Weirdly I am able to use the macbook as a server and connect to it, but not the other way around.
The above screenshot shows the logs for my macbook when it tries to connect to the linux server.
I can see that the connection is open, but I don't know why my macbook can't connect to it.
I have looked at the other git issues that pertain to this and it has not helped.
