What happened?

I've tested whether this only works with both the client and server, but my conlcusion is it only fails on the server. This issue happens when in full screen of either the Netflix or Dinsey+ windows apps. Full screen on their respective websites do work. Also websites like youtube work. When switching monitors with the mouse, the window becomes invisible, as if it is minimized, and the video is paused. When you hover the mouse back on the server monitor, the window comes back.
