What happened?

Here are the issues I encounter:

The clipboard for screenshot is not working sometimes
I am using Logitech Mx mini keyboard, when I move to Windows
a) the alt key become windows key
b) CTRL-ALT-DEL doesn't work

My end goal is to mark Mac and Windows the same set of key

When copy from my server (Macos) to Client (windows 10), I need to copy in word document or paint first, it doesn't appear on the clipboard automatically.
