What happened?

I am using laptop without touch input as server and laptop with touch input as client.
When i start barrier the touch doesn't work on client.
Even after stopping the barrier the touch doesn't work. I have to restart laptop to make touch work.
Client runs on fedora 35.
Server runs on fedora 36.
Both run on gnome with Xorg

I installed it using dnf install barrier
