What happened?
When using an application that does not use a native scrolling implementation (e.g. Figma, VS Code) on a Windows 10 server, scrolling on a Mac client machine is disabled until an application with native scrolling (e.g. Google Chrome, Windows Explorer) is focused on the server machine.
