What happened?

I have client laptop where i have Black Desert Online open. Game have camera rotation bind to mouse move - mouse without any buttons pressed on it move camera. I can move camera infinitely in any direction on my barrier server, but while i am at client without using ScrollLock + "Use relative mouse moves" mouse goes out of window. Would love to know if "Use relative mouse moves" works only when locked on screen??

Cheers

I will add that Multiplicity does what needed by default so it must be possible to do, however they limit mouse movement to 60 fps - seems sluggish.
