Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

It's crashing inside OpenSSL's RSA_generate_key(). Did this ever work for you on High Sierra, or is this a fresh install?
Did you install an OpenSSL other than the one that came with High Sierra? If so, did you recently change anything about your OpenSSL installation?
I don't have a handy High Sierra system to try this out on, although I can fire up a Mojave system if necessary.

This is a fresh install. I think OpenSSL is already installed, v2.3.4 did not have this issue

Any Update on this? The previous version works no problem on high Sierra
