What happened?

I used to connect Windous 10 and Ubuntu 18.04 with Barrier.
But today those connections suddenly dropped.
So, I wanted to set the Barrier of Windows 10, but when I click the software, the window does not launch.
(It starts up without any problem on Ubuntu)
So I completely deleted the data by uninstalling and installed it again.
The installation was completed successfully, but it still does not launch.

Can anyone please tell me the solution?

The button to display the GUI was hidden behind an indicator on the taskbar.
Windows taskbar → ▲ icon → right-click the Barrier icon → display
