What happened?

I start the Barrier server on my desktop running Pop!_OS 22.04. Then on my laptop running Windows 11 Home 21H2 that I just turned on from a clean shutdown, Barrier will seem to be running, even though I do not have it set to run at startup. Not only that but the application will not be launched, or in the system tray. Launching the application and stopping the client will stop Barrier like normal.

Edit: Stopping the client, then restarting Windows results in it working as expected. Not working until the client is launched and started.
