What happened?
I am using Barrier to share my mouse between my private laptop (server) and my work laptop (client), both Windows 10.
Whenever the work laptop e.g. runs updates and thus open a window, which runs with admin rights, Barrier doesn't work on that laptop any more. This makes sense, since Barrier doesn't have admin rights on my work laptop.
The problem is, that there is no indication on that. It did take me a few minutes to figure out what happened. It would be really useful if the server-side program would show some kind of error pop up.

Each time windows asked permission my connection lost about 3s. Isn't there any way really?

This helped me solve the same issue with my W10 computers.
