What happened?

Laptop 1
2560x1600
Laptop 2
1920x1080
When moving the mouse to the Laptop2 screen mouse locks in the down-right corner and I'm not able to move it.

When I change laptop1 resolution to 1920x1200 everything works again.

NVM this is problem with Windows Scaling
