Operating Systems
Server: Windows 10 (1803 latest)
Client: macOS Mojave, macOS High Sierra,
Barrier Version
2.1.0-RELEASE
Steps to reproduce bug
I'm, using "Spanish Latinamerican" keyboard layout, which has dead keys. Whenever Barrier is running, you can't type dead-keys quickly, they get lost and instead of an á you get just an a. This only happens when you're typing rather quickly (I do around 80 wpm: https://www.livechatinc.com/typing-speed-test/ ). You don't even need to switch screens or have any clients connected, it happens anytime the server is running.
Other info
@Unknown-Guy commented on GitHub (Aug 14, 2020):
Still happens on 2.3.3
@nunogois commented on GitHub (Jul 1, 2021):
Also a fast typist with this issue.
From my tests it seems that, on the server, with Barrier stopped, if I write "té" where I press ´ before releasing t, like I usually do, it works for the next character.
That doesn't seem to work with Barrier running.
Maybe this reproduceable test can help solve the issue.
@Unknown-Guy commented on GitHub (Jul 5, 2021):
Windows server, Mac OS client, both 2.3.3.
