What happened?

When adding a hotkey through the UI, after typing the key in, "cancel" is selected. This means that if you press "enter" to add the hotkey, nothing happens, since the operation is cancelled.

While this is a minor issue and easy to work around, it makes the process of adding multiple hotkeys much more painful than it needs to be, and made me think that hotkeys were broken, since adding one didn't do anything (since I was actually cancelling the operation).
