This is called right after saving the old session from deletion, so you can handle everything, if you want, but you might not have all the session access you need for a full deep management. After the hook, socio copies over client data to the new session and deletes the old one for good. A client cannot reconnect to the old one anymore, but the cycle continues for the new one.
