Describe the bug

app crashes when I adjust brightness with my keyboard or try to adjust in the app (menu bar) itself.
I only can adjust my external monitor with the app.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open app
  2. Press keyboard (apple, magic keyboard) or adjust in menu the brightness of laptop (IF I use the laptops keyboard for brightness, it wont crash!)

Expected behavior

Brightenss should be adjusted with keyboard and/or with the menu slider.

Anything else?

No response

Yes, the 4.2.0 is a dead-end, due to a change in signatures, it can't update.
