Describe the bug

Recently, whenever I adjust the brightness of my monitor or laptop using my MonitorControl, the app quits/crashes.

Steps to reproduce

Open MonitorControl
Adjust brightness (I typically use the keyboard, but clicking the menu bar icon and adjusting the slider crashes it as well)

That's it.

Expected behavior

I expect the app to adjust the brightness of my monitor. It previously was working without a hitch.

- Mac model: Macbook Pro
- MonitorControl version: 4.2.0
- Monitor(s): LG Ultrafine 5k
