Add silent option for custom icon by the way of editing the Preferences plist file.

The decision was made by the team that for various reasons we don't want to expose an option like this on the GUI, but as a tinkerer option (using a plist editor) with a short Q&A entry about it would make sense as the request come up from time to time.

This feature was implemented in BetterDisplay, not planned in MC.
