ghosting

Most noticeable after compression.

After researching and learning ffmpeg usage I was curious how CS handled interlaced sources, and I got this. Ideally I'd like to be able to choose field separation and aspect ratio/scaling (for old sources) or use deinterlacing filters, probably with the advanced x264 field. Is this currently possible with commands?

There were also waves in the canvas (but not local recording).
