Added format and framerate selectors for AVFoundation capture devices. This is mostly so Blackmagic devices work without resorting to the QTCapture type.
...
Did some changing of how capture types/devices are handled internally, and how settings are changed.
Moved to an event driven model instead of a timer. Frames are now processed as soon as the capture device/API provides them.

Change desktop capture to use 420v instead of 420f pixel format. Older (i.e not hardware) encoders seem to have an issue with 420f?

max video bitrate/keyframe fields now handle nil values and are formatted correctly.

Aborted attempt at Syphon server (their IOSurfaces are useless...)
Some rearrangement of video capture session setup; unfortunately dynamically changing the capture source breaks the VTCompressionSession (pixel buffer attribute changes?)
